Aging in Place will be holding a Functional Eating for Health class this Thursday, October 24th! Come to the Community Room at Cumberland Fire Station from 10-11am to learn about eating changes as we age. Learn some functional and practical tips for eating and hydrating for the health of it. This is a free class, but we ask that you please RSVP!
