Records Requests

The Cumberland Police Department releases police records and crash reports in accordance with the Maine Freedom of Access Act.

• Vehicle Crash Reports may take up to five days to complete. You can contact us or stop in for a copy.  Reports can also be ordered online at Maine Crash Reports.

• Involved parties/Cumberland Residents – No Fee
• Non-involved parties, including insurance companies/Non-Residents - $10.00 Fee

• Officer Incident Reports may take up to five days to complete and will be released in accordance with Maine FOAA regulation.
