Records Requests
The Cumberland Police Department releases police records and crash reports in accordance with the Maine Freedom of Access Act.
- Vehicle Crash Reports may take up to five days to complete. You can contact us or stop in for a copy. Reports can also be ordered online at Maine Crash Reports.
Crash Report Fees
- Involved parties/Cumberland Residents – No Fee
- Non-involved parties, including insurance companies/Non-Residents - $10.00 Fee
- Officer Incident Reports may take up to five days to complete and will be released in accordance with Maine FOAA regulation.
