FREEDOM OF ACCESS RECORDS REQUEST

It is the policy of the Cumberland Police Department, in accordance with the Maine Freedom of Access Law, to provide public access to the public records of the Cumberland Police Department. While you are not required to provide your name or contact information when making a request for records, the Cumberland Police Department is allowed five (5) working days by law to acknowledge receipt of your request. Your decision to volunteer your name and contact information will allow us to contact you regarding your request.
