Dirigo Vintage Baseball Club

Spring and Baseball season has arrived, so join the Cumberland Historical Society on Wednesday, April 25th at 6:30pm for a trip back in time to explore early baseball! The talk will be held at Town Hall in the Council Chambers. Hear from Jake (Shoeless) Newcomb, a member of the Dirigo Base Ball Club, listen and learn about "Old Time Baseball," view historical artifacts, and enjoy some peanuts and Cracker Jacks along with some root beer donated by Capt'n Eli's Soda of Portland.
