Neighborhood Meeting - Contract Zone Agreement request for 76 Longwoods Road

The Cumberland Town Council will be holding a neighborhood meeting regarding a Contract Zone Agreement (CZA) request from Alex Timpson for property located along Longwoods Road- Rt 9 (now or formerly known as the Villacci property located at 76 longwoods Road. We are now at the 4th step of a 9-step process which includes three official public hearings and a final review once the project is submitted to the Planning Board for a Site Plan / Subdivision review. The meeting will be held in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall (290 Tuttle Road) at 6:00 PM Thursday, August 5, 2021.
There is very little additional information about this project that is not included in this packet. Additional details will develop once the Town Council and Planning Board have their meetings. The CZA agreement will be developed and sent to you once a Public Hearing at the Planning Board is scheduled (Step 6 in the process).
