1. TABLED - Public Hearing:  Amendment to an Approved Subdivision “Plan of Property in Cumberland, ME for William J. Serretta Jr.” to approve the transfer of a portion of Lot 2 owned by Gary & Linda Gagne to Lot 3 owned by Karen Herold.  Applicant:  Karen Herold, 67 Wild Apple Ln.  This item has been tabled and will not be heard.

 
2. TABLED - Public Hearing:  Site Plan Review for a change of use from a non-conforming convenience store with gas sales to a non-conforming auto sales and repair shop in the RR1 Zone, located at 174 Main St., Tax Assessor Map U09, Lot 8.  Applicant:  Mathew Almy & Mark Axelsen.  Representative:  Jim Fischer, P.E., Northeast Civil Solutions. This item has been tabled and will not be heard.

  1. Board asks questions of Town Planner.
  1. Chair introduces Applicant (or Applicant’s representative) to make presentation.
  1. Board asks questions of the Applicant.
  1. Chair opens public hearing.
  1. Members of the public (if any are present) speak.
  1. Chair closes public hearing.
  1. Board discusses project.
  1. Motion to approve or deny any requested waivers.
 
  1. Review the draft Findings of Fact as prepared by the Town Planner.  Adopt as written or amended.
  1. Consider the proposed conditions of approval as prepared by the Town Planner.  Adopt as written or amended.
  1. Motion to approve the project with the Standard and Proposed Conditions of Approval.  (Or a motion to deny or table the application)
