On March 19, 2021, the Town of Cumberland turns 200 years old! Join us for a series of events commemorating our town's past, present, and future.
- March 8th - Book Launch: Images of America will be published in conjunction with the 200th anniversary of the town. It will be available for purchase from the Historical Society, the Town Hall, and Prince Memorial Library.
- March 19th - Kickoff: Launch of Bicentennial Online Exhibit.
- April 1st - Scavenger Hunt: Track the ten Cumberland Pines around town! Explore the historic sites and landmarks on this fun-filled trek around Cumberland Center.
- September 18th - Twin Brook Celebration: A fun-filled steeplechase relay for the whole family followed by games, food, and fireworks at Twin Brooks.
- October 31st - Cemetery Tour: Tour Cumberland’s cemeteries under the cover of night and learn all about the tales of our 200 years.
