Virtual Adult Mental Health First Aid

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Maine is offering a free Adult Mental Health First Aid training for Cumberland County Residents.
Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or who may be experiencing a crisis.
This training will take place on zoom on August 13th from 8:30am-2:30pm. Register for the training!
