- New Resident Orientation, May 7th, 6 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers
- Meet the Candidates, May 8th, 6 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers
PUBLIC DISCUSSION
Public discussion is for comments on items that are not on the agenda. Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. Rebuttal comments will be limited to 2 minutes. Public discussion topics may be brought up again under New Business for further Council discussion.
LEGISLATION AND POLICY
24 – 026 To consider and act on the acceptance of a Deed of Gift for the open space area in the Ross Estates Subdivision. Additional information here.
24 – 027 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering permit for Binnie Media’s Ultimate Yard Sale to be held June 8th and September 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Cumberland Fairgrounds.
24 – 028 To consider and act on authorizing the Town Manager to execute a lease agreement with US Bank Equipment Finance for the renewal of a 5-year lease of 2 photocopiers and a map plotter/scanner.
24 – 029 To set a Public Hearing date of April 22nd to consider and act on a liquor license application for The Thirsty Traveler, LLC.
