16-106 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on setting sewer user fees for FY’17.   TABLED TO AUGUST 22nd

16-107 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering Permit for Binnie Media’s Fall Ultimate Yard Sale to be held on September 17, 2016 at the Cumberland Fair Grounds from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

16-108 To consider and act on setting the following household waste disposal events:

 Confidential Shredding, Saturday, October 1st from 8:00 a.m. to noon

 Bulky Item Pick-up Week, October 10th – 14th

 E-waste Collection, Saturday, October 15th from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 Hazardous Household Waste Collection, Saturday, October 22nd from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

16-109 To authorize the Town Manager to accept a gift of land located off Windsor Lane abutting the Rines Forest.

16 – 110 To set a Public Hearing date of August 22nd to authorize the issuance of Senior Property Tax Assistance Program payments.

16-111 To hear a report from the Town Manager and to set a Public Hearing date of August 22nd to consider and act on approval of a new intersection at Cross Road and to amend the traffic ordinance to add 2 new stop signs on Cross Road.
