13-005    To consider and act on appointing Jon P. Jennings to the Cumberland Town Council. 

13-006    To swear in Jon P. Jennings as a Town Councilor.

13-007    Election of Council Chair and Vice-Chair.

13-008    To appoint Heather Perreault as Finance Director. 

13-009    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on the renewal of a 7-year Franchise Agreement with Time Warner Cable.

13-010    To hear a report from the Finance Committee Chair re: second quarter financials.

13-011   To set a Public Hearing date (February 11th) to consider and act on a Liquor License application for Cumberland House of Pizza.

13-012     To forward to the Planning Board a zone change request from Gary & Karyn Wilson for property located on Wilson Road (Tax Map R07C/Lot 6 – RR1).

13-013    To forward to the Planning Board a zone change request from Tim Popov for property located on Neba Way (Tax Map U21/Lot 17B – VOC1).

13-014    To fill vacant Town Council committee assignments.

13-015   To set a Public Hearing date (February 11th) to consider and act on the disposition of foreclosed properties.
