13-001    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to the Official Overlay Zoning Map around the east side of Knight’s Pond (Map R06/Lot 29) from Resource Protection (RP) to Limited Residential (LR), as recommended by the Planning Board.

13-002    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to the Cumberland Traffic Ordinance to adopt a no parking area on Tuttle Road in front of the Mabel I. Wilson School. 

13-003    To consider and act on referring amendments to the Aquifer Protection Ordinance to the Planning Board for a Public Hearing and recommendation.

13-004   To authorize the Town Manager to accept an anonymous donation of $20,000 to be used for food and fuel assistance.
