14-016    To consider and act on authorizing a Payment In Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) for the Friend’s School.  TABLED TO MARCH 10th

14-017    To consider and act on authorizing the Prince Memorial Library to give the gift of a historical sword to the Maine State Museum.

14-018    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on draft zoning amendments to Chapter 315 of the Cumberland Code re: Registered Dispensaries of Medical Marijuana and to allow registered dispensaries as a permitted use in the Office Commercial North district.

14-019    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on 2 PACTS projects:
                  1)      Bike/Pedestrian regional application
                  2)      Roundabout at Route 9 & Bucknam Road

14-020    To set a Public Hearing date (February 24th) to consider and act on a Class I Liquor License Special Amusement Permit, and Auxiliary Mobile Golf Cart License, for Rachel’s on The Green at Val Halla, for the period of April 2014 – April 2015.

14-021    To consider and act on authorizing the Town Manager to accept delinquent taxes and issue a quitclaim deed, upon payment of $6,117.06 for property identified as Tax Map R07/Lot 35.

VI.              NEW BUSINESS
                 February 17th Finance Committee Budget Workshop 8:00 a.m. – noon.
