7:00 p.m. Call to Order
The Cumberland Town Council will hold a Workshop and a special meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. An opportunity for public comment will be provided.
6:00 – 7:00 P.M. WORKSHOP re: development proposal from Bateman Partners, LLC To hear a report from David Bateman of Bateman Partners, LLC re: Drowne Road revitalization project overview.

To hear a report from the Town Manager re: the fiscal impact of Drowne Road revitalization project.

To hold a Public Hearing to authorize the Town Manager to develop letters of intent for the sale, lease or transfer of the Doane Property, the Public Works Facility, and the Drowne Road School, and to work with Bateman Partners, LLC to create a master development plan for the entire project area, to be reviewed and report back to the Town Council no later than February 14, 2011.

Workshop with Cumberland Town Council and Planning Board Thursday, January 6, 2011 6:00 p.m.
Town Council Chambers/Town Hall The Cumberland Town Council and Cumberland Planning Board will hold a joint workshop beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers re: the Drowne Road Revitalization Project with Bateman Partners, LLC. The public is welcome to attend.

Cumberland Town Council Meeting Monday, January 10, 2011
7:00 p.m. Call to Order

The Cumberland Town Council will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 10, 2011, in the Town Council Chambers. An opportunity for public comment will be provided. The following items will receive a public hearing:
To authorize the Town Manager to enter into a Credit Enhancement Agreement with Exactitude, Inc.
To appoint members to vacant boards/committees.
To hear a report from the Finance Committee re: 2nd quarter financials. EXECUTIVE SESSION: pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A., § 405 (6)(C) re: real property acquisition. WORKSHOP: re: FY’12 budget Additional agenda items will receive consideration and action.
