12-107   To consider sending to the Planning Board for a Public Hearing and recommendation a Contract Zone Agreement request for Telos Capital, LLC and Walnut Hill, Inc. for two affordable housing projects on Route 100.

12-108    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering Permit for the Maine Principals Association High School Class A, B & C Regional Cross Country Championships to be held on Saturday, October 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Twin Brook Recreation Facility.

12-109    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering Permit for the New England High School Athletic Council Cross Country Championships to be held on Saturday, November 10th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Twin Brook Recreation Facility.

12-110    To hear a report from the Ordinance Committee re: committee work to date.

12-111    To hear a report from the Town Manager re: sewer user fee increase (recommendation: 3.2% for FY’13) and to set a Public Hearing date (July 23rd) to consider and act on increase.

12-112   To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on annual Victualer’s Licenses for Non-Profit Organizations for the period of  July 1st, 2012 – June 30th, 2013.

12-113    To set a date of July 23rd to hear a report from the Tax Assessor and to set the FY’13 tax rate.

12-114    To set a date of July 23rd  to set rates at which interest will be paid for delinquent taxes, and to authorize applying tax payments to the oldest unpaid taxes.

12-115    To set a Public Hearing date (July 23rd) to consider and act on draft zoning amendments to the Official Cumberland Zoning Map to change Tax Assessor Map U21, Lots 1 and 2, from the Village Center Commercial District (VCC) to the Village Office Commercial I (VOCI) district, as recommended by the Planning Board.

12-116    To set a Public Hearing date (July 23rd) to consider and act on draft amendments to Section 204.10.3.2, minimum lot area for multiplex development -Village Office Commercial I (VOCI) of the Cumberland Zoning Ordinance, as recommended by the Planning Board.

12-117    To set a Public Hearing date (July 23rd) to consider and act on draft amendments to Section 204.6, Highway Commercial (HC) of the Cumberland Zoning Ordinance to allow up to 2 uses per lot, and add residential and motor vehicle service/repair as a permitted use, as recommended by the Planning Board.

12-118    To set a Public Hearing date (July 23rd) to consider and act on draft amendments to Section 104.75 (definitions) and 204.14.2.2 (Industrial Zone) of the Cumberland Zoning Ordinance, to eliminate junkyards as a special exception use, as recommended by the Planning Board.

12-119    To set a Public Hearing date (July 23rd) to consider and act on amendments to Section 104.103.1 (definitions) Net Residential Acreage of the Cumberland Zoning Ordinance and Section 3K (definitions) Net Residential Acreage of the Cumberland Subdivision Ordinance, as recommended by the Planning Board.

12-120    To set a Public Hearing date (July 23rd) to consider and act on amendments to the Recreational Facilities & Open Space Impact Fee Ordinance, as recommended by the Planning Board.

VII.           EXECUTIVE SESSION: pursuant to Title 36 M.R.S.A., § 841, re: Hardship Abatement Request for property identified as Map R06/Lot 25.
