    Public discussion is for comments on items that are not on the agenda.  Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. Rebuttal comments will be limited to 2 minutes.  Public discussion topics may be brought up again under New Business for further Council discussion.
     
  5. LEGISLATION AND POLICY

23 – 071    To swear in newly elected Town Councilor.  

23 – 072    To elect a Town Council Chair and Vice-Chair.

23 – 073     Town Council Committee Assignments.

23 – 074    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to Chapter 315 (Zoning), Section 4 (Word Usage and Definitions), and Section 6 (Rural Residential Districts), to define and add Agritourism as an allowed use as recommended by the Planning Board.

23 – 075    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on the adoption of the new Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Ordinance.

23 – 076     To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering Permit for the Cumberland County Fair to be held from September 24th – October 1st at the Cumberland Fairgrounds.

  1. NEW BUSINESS
    July 24th @ 5:00 p.m. Meeting with Housing Study Consultant (LDS Consulting Group, LLC)
