PUBLIC DISCUSSION
Public discussion is for comments on items that are not on the agenda.  Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. Rebuttal comments will be limited to 2 minutes.  Public discussion topics may be brought up again under New Business for further Council discussion.
 

LEGISLATION AND POLICY                 

23 – 025    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on the proposed First Amendment to the Town of Cumberland Tuttle Road Development Project (#8) Municipal Development Tax Increment Financing District and Development Program, as originally designated by the Town on December 11, 2017 and as approved by the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development on May 22, 2018, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 206 of Title 30-A of the Maine Revised Statutes, as amended.    

23 – 026    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering Permit for the Garden Brothers Circus to be held August 24th through 27th at the Cumberland Fairgrounds.

23 – 027    To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a liquor license renewal for Louie’s Grille LLC.

       23 – 028    To authorize the Lands & Conservation Commission to spend a $4,950 grant from Casco Bay Estuary Partnership for landowner education on low-impact landscaping for the health of Casco Bay.

NEW BUSINESS
Town Council Budget Workshop Dates:
     Monday, April 10th 5 – 7 p.m.
     Monday, April 24th 5 – 7 p.m.
     Saturday, April 29th 8 a.m. to completion

Nomination Papers are available now and must be returned by April 13th

To send to the Ordinance Committee potential amendments to Chapter 73 (PACE Ordinance), to allow commercial properties to participate in a program managed by Efficiency Maine.
