MANAGER’S REPORT

PUBLIC DISCUSSION
Public discussion is for comments on items that are not on the agenda.  Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. Rebuttal comments will be limited to 2 minutes.  Public discussion topics may be brought up again under New Business for further Council discussion.

LEGISLATION AND POLICY

24 – 017       To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Minor Mass Gathering Permit application for Portland Ovations “Circus Smirkus” to be held August 5th and 6th at the Cumberland Fairgrounds.

24 – 018       To appoint members to vacant board and committee seats.

24 – 019       To set a Public Hearing date of March 25th to consider and act on a liquor license application for Fast Track Investments, LLC operating at the Cumberland Fairgrounds.

24 – 020       To consider and act on authorizing the Town Manager to execute a lease agreement with US Bank Equipment Finance for the lease of 2 photocopiers.
