1. Public Hearing: Amendment to an approved subdivision, now The Mark at Cumberland Foreside, f/n/a Broad Cove Ridge Apartments, located at 102 US Route 1, Tax Assessor Map R01, Lot 13B, to include a change in the number of units to forty-five (45) units, to reduce the number of parking spaces to eighty-two (82) and to adjust the entry of the natural gas service. 2. Public Hearing: Recommendation to Town Council on proposed amendments to the Cumberland Code of Ordinances, Chapter 226 – Shoreland Zoning, to align with State requirements.
