Annual Chicken Permits

Did you know if you have chickens on a lot smaller than 2 acres in Cumberland you are required to obtain an annual permit? Permits are $10 each year and require a quick inspection from our Animal Control Officer.
To obtain a chicken permit, complete the application below and return it to the Code Enforcement Office before April 30th.
