Tuttle Road Project - May 17th Update

On Thursday and Friday, May 10^th and 11^th, A.H. Grover continued work on the new storm drain improvements from Maurice Way to Town Hall.  The crew finished the 15 inch HDPE storm drain ending with the installation of field inlet 1 on Friday, May 11^th.  On Monday and Tuesday, May 14^th and 15^th, the crew extended an existing 15 inch corrugated metal culvert just before Town Hall, installed a driveway culvert at 272 Tuttle Road and cross pipe with field inlet at Maurice Way.  On Wednesday, May 16^th construction began on the block retaining wall in front of 280 Tuttle Road. 

Work scheduled for the upcoming week will be to continue constructing block retaining wall in front of 280 Tuttle Road and working on grading new sidewalk from the railroad tracks to Town Hall.  The crew will perform a water service tap for 280 Tuttle Road on Monday, May 21^st and replace the Hydrant assembly just east of 272 Tuttle Road on Tuesday May 22^nd.  The crew will continue grading sidewalk throughout the week as well.
