PPE Donations

ppe

We are facing a critical shortage of PPE which will endanger our healthcare workers and first responders. This will weaken our response to the Corona virus. We ask that, each and every one of the citizens in our community scour their medical kits, work benches, medicine cabinets, sheds, hobby shops, professional labs and medical offices and please donate these PPEs to support our first responders, doctors and nurses on the frontlines of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Maine Health and local towns have identified the following needs:
  • N 95 Masks
  • Cotton Masks
  • Surgical Masks
  • Nitrile Gloves
  • Unopened hand sanitizer
  • Eye Protections (Goggles)
Opened boxes of supplies are acceptable as long as they are unused. Please sanitize your hands before handling any opened boxes and place in a Ziploc bag, if possible.

The drop box is located in the front entrance of Cumberland Town Hall, open weekdays 8am-4pm. This is the same location as the Community Food Pantry drop boxes.

Please direct questions you may have about donations to:
  • Pam Russell 207-829-4760 (Cumberland)
  • Melody Guest Pickett 207-829-3254 (North Yarmouth)
Please do NOT handle any donated items in this box. We do NOT want to spread the virus. Look for our logo on the PPE drop box.
