The Town Forest Story Walk is a ¾ mile loop in the Town Forest that provides a new outdoor adventure for residents to read a story as they walk the path and take in the scenery. The storybook pages are posted at several stations that are staggered along the trail. The walk encompasses reading, exercise, and an appreciation for the amazing open spaces we have here in Town. The story will be changed the 1st Saturday of every month so visitors are invited to return each month for a different story. It's a great activity for people of all ages! The idea for wonderful project was brought to the town by Sue Novak and the building of the page stations was completed by Nik Kurlanski for his Eagle Scout project.
