07-119: To hear an update from the Code Enforcement Officer regarding Cumberland Salvage and Greenlaw Salvage junkyard/recycler permits.

07-120: To hear an update from the Police Department regarding underage drug & alcohol use.

07-121: To set a public hearing date of October 8, 2007 for sewer program revisions.

07-122: To set a public hearing date of October 22, 2007 to accept Route 100 zone changes.

07-123: To hold a public hearing to consider and act upon committee/board vacancies.

07-124: To accept a gift of a 2000, 4WD pick-up truck from Steve Broadhead to the Cumberland Fire  Department.
