08 - 045  To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on Football Boosters' request for a concession stand at West Cumberland Field.

08 - 046 To set a Public Hearing (April 14th) to consider and act on authorizing the Cumberland Police Department to make arrests outside of municipal boundaries, pursuant to M.R.S.A. 17-A §15.

08 - 047 To set a Public Hearing date (April 14th) to consider and act on amendments to the Cumberland Shellfish Ordinance.

08 - 048 To set a Public Hearing (April 14th) re: Victualer's License for Brenda Pitcher, 79 Woody Creek Lane.

08 - 049 To accept donations on behalf of the Fire Department.

08 - 050 To appoint members to the Cool Cities Committee.

08 - 051 To ratify by Resolution the February 25, 2008 Council action #08-031 re: Route 1 and Route 100 TIF Bonds.

08 - 052 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on submission of PACTS application for Route 88 bike/pedestrian funding. TABLED ~ new submission date, June 2008.

08 - 053 To set a Public Hearing date (April 14th) to consider and act on the FY'09 Municipal Budget.

08 - 054 Annual appointment of Code Enforcement Officer and Plumbing Inspector.

08 - 055 To set a Public Hearing date (April 14th) to authorize the Town Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the sale of Val Halla Banquet Center to Maine State Golf Association.
