08 - 030 To hear a report from Susan McGinty, Cumberland Representative to ECOMAINE.
08 - 031 To hold a Public Hearing to authorize Town Manager to bond waterline and road improvements from the Route 1 and Route 100 TIF Funds.
08 - 032 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on an Off-Premise Retailer with Malt & Vinous License for Basil Provisions, 137 Main Street, for the period March 2008 - 2009.
08 - 033 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on an amendment to Section 204.8 of the Cumberland Zoning Ordinance re: OC (Office Commercial) South Zone, Route One.
08 - 034 To set a public hearing date (March 10th) to consider and act on a Consent Decree for property located at 7 Corey Road, Map U7, Lot 3C.
08 - 035 To authorize Town Manager to make repairs to Corey Road for the safe passage of the public and emergency vehicles.
08 - 036 Presentation of Town Manager's FY09 Budget.
