07 - 135 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on Cumberland Salvage 2007/2008 junkyard/recycler permit renewal.

07 - 136 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on Greenlaw Salvage 2007/2008 junkyard/recycler permit renewal.

07 - 137 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on Route 100 zoning use and map amendments; design standards and related subdivision ordinance amendments.

07 - 138 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on submitting a request to MDOT for a speed limit reduction on Greely Road (45 to 35 mph).

07 - 139 To set a Public Hearing date (November 12th) to appoint the Doane Property Development Committee.

07 - 140 To set a Public Hearing date (November 12th) to consider and adopt the    revised MMA Model General Assistance Ordinance and Appendixes A-C    for the period of October 1, 2007 through October 1, 2008.

07 - 141 To set a Public Hearing date (November 12th) to amend the Contract Zone agreement with The Chinese Gospel Church on Route 100.

07 - 142 To request the Planning Board to consider adding "Veterinary Offices" as a permitted use in Route 100 zones, and by special exception in other zones.

07 - 143 To authorize Town Manager to request bid proposals for the use of the Val Halla Banquet Center; and to request a recommendation from the Val Halla Board of Directors by January 1, 2008.

07 - 144 To set a Public Hearing date (November 12th) to consider and act on abatement requests for property known as Map R02, Lot 2, located at 2 & 6 Mackworth Lane.
