Is the Cumberland Police Department staffed 24/7?

Yes, your Police Department has officers working every minute of every day.

However, our lobby is only staffed Monday– Friday at the hours listed below. If you call or stop by the Police Department outside of these hours, there will not be an employee there to assist you.

If you stop by when the lobby isn’t staffed, you’ll be able to use a phone in our lobby which will instantly connect you to the Cumberland County Regional Communication Center. You’ll be able to speak with a dispatcher who can get you the help you need.
