Middle School Golf Sponsored by Yarmouth Community Services

 

Description:  This program is geared for middle schoolers who want to work on their game.  We will offer clinics and instruction on all aspects of the game; etiquette will be emphasized; and playing will be encouraged.  This program precedes Val Halla's Junior Golf Summer Programs.

Who:  6th, 7th & 8th grade boys and girls of Yarmouth Middle School.

When:  Monday's and Thursday's beginning April 22nd through June 4th from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.  

Where:  Val Halla Golf Course - Putting Green

Fee:  $50/Student

Equipment Requirement:  Students to supply their own; some equipment available and some storage available but at students own risk.

Transportation:  Supplied by the student.

3/21/08	We are also advertising for the same program in the Yarmouth Community Services brochure (next edition).
4/8/08	There will be a brief meeting at 2:25 on Tuesday, April 15 at YMS to discuss the upcoming program.  Mr. Bran will make announcements at school alerting students about the impending meeting.
4/11/08	Due to course conditions, we will not be able to start until 4/28.  Sorry.  We will have the meeting on 4/15 regardless.
4/28/08	Golf cancelled for today...see you Thursday May 1st.
