Wee Golfer Clinics
Description: The Wee Golf Clinics were a HUGE success in 2008! Nearly 50 kids participated in the two series...
These clinics are intended to introduce new golfers to the game of golf. The emphasis is on becoming comfortable around the game while working on putting, chipping, driving and etiquette.
A parent must be present should a child need "extra supervision." Parents are encouraged to participate with their child each week.
This program closely mirrors the successful U.S. Kids Green & Yellow Tee Program. In 2009 we are excited to offer the Start Smart Program and SNAG Golf. This should prove to be an exciting and fun addition!
Who: Ages 5 to 8
When: Series I-Saturday June 13th, June 20th and June 27th from 10am to 11am
Series II-Saturday July 11th, July 18th and July 25th from 10am to 11am
Where: Meet on the putting green.
Equipment Requirement: Pro Shop can supply.
Instructor(s): Brian Bickford, Head Golf Professional, and parental volunteers.
