Town Council Minutes 4-7-2005

Present: Chairman Stiles, Councilors Storey, Porter, Damon, Moriarty.
Excused: Councilors Kuntz and Savasuk.

I.             PUBLIC HEARING

               No public comments received.

II.            LEGISLATION AND POLICY

05-043. To set public hearing date to consider and act on forming a regional                 dispatch center with the Town of Yarmouth.

               No public comments received.
               Motion by Councilor Porter, seconded by Councilor Damon to set a public               hearing date of April 11, 2005.
               VOTE:         UNANIMOUS 5-0 passage

               Motion by Councilor Porter, seconded by Councilor Moriarty, to recess to                     Executive Session, pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A., Subsection 405 (6) ( c), re:                      economic development opportunities along Route One North, also known                 as the Route One North TIF District.
               VOTE:         UNANIMOUS 5-0 passage
               TIME:         6:45 p.m.

III.           EXECUTIVE SESSION

               Motion by Councilor Porter, seconded by Councilor Storey, to return from              Executive Session and commence with the Budget Meeting as previously                 scheduled.
               VOTE:         UNANIMOUS
               TIME:         7:50 p.m.

IV.            ADJOURN

               Motion by councilor Porter, seconded by Councilor Moriarty, to adjourn.
               VOTE:         UNANIMOUS
               TIME:         7:51 p.m.
