Motion by Councilor Stiles to approve the minutes of January 12, 2004;
Seconded by Councilor Damon.

04 005. To hear presentation from Habitat For Humanity.

04 - 006. To hold a public hearing to consider and act on a Victualer"s License and Class I
Restaurant License for Reynold Michaud, d/b/a Reys Cumberland Café,
172 Gray Road, for the period 2/01/04 through 2/01/05.
Motion by Councilor Savasuk to approve the licenses as submitted;
Seconded by Councilor Damon.
VOTE: UNANIMOUS 7-0
04 007. To hold a public hearing to consider and act on a revision to the Swimming Pool Ordinance.
Motion by Councilor Stiles to approve the ordinance with the addition of a definition
for the term "deck, as referred to on page 12;
Seconded by Councilor Kuntz.
VOTE: UNANIMOUD 7-0

04 009. To set a public hearing date to consider and act on application by Sheila Donofrio, d/b/a Basil Provisions, 20 Blanchard Road, for a Victualers and Off-Premise Malt Liquor and Table Wine License.
Motion by Councilor Storey to set a public hearing date of February 9, 2004;
Seconded by councilor Damon.
VOTE: UNANIMOUS 7-0
V. NEW BUSINESS
VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION re: Personnel and Hardship Abatement(s)
Motion by Councilor Stiles to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel,
hardship abatements and property acquisition;
Seconded by Councilor Kuntz.
VOTE: UNANIMOUS 7-0
TIME: 9:00 p.m.
Motion by Councilor Stiles to return from Executive Session at 10:00 p.m.;
Seconded by Councilor Moriarty.
